Cancellation Policy

You may cancel services ordered through Bison Pool Service (“we,” “us,” “our”) under the following terms:

1. Service Cancellations
To cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

2. Deposits
Non-refundable deposits may be required for certain services. If a deposit was paid and you cancel, the deposit will not be returned.
