That’s why we’ve designed a clear, step-by-step process to guide you from your first call to your first cannonball.
Your journey begins with a call or online inquiry. We’ll schedule a time to visit your property, learn about your vision, and evaluate the layout of your space. This is where we listen and get a sense of your lifestyle—kids, pets, entertainment goals, or simply a place to relax.
We walk your property with you, discuss ideas, review zoning and access, and start shaping the possibilities. From there, our team begins building a design concept tailored to your space, terrain, and aesthetic goals.
This is where your vision comes to life. We use professional in-house software to create both 2D layouts and fully interactive 3D designs. You’ll be able to see your pool, deck, hardscape, and landscaping in realistic renderings—before we break ground. This helps us fine-tune every detail, from the pool shape to materials and finishes.
Once the design is dialed in, we work with you to align the project with your desires, wants, and budget. From there, we present a detailed proposal that includes scope of work and a projected timeline. We walk you through every phase so you know what to expect.
We assist you with the permitting process by providing all required submittal documents—including detailed drawings, plans, and specifications. Once permits are secured, your project is placed into our active schedule, and you’ll be kept in the loop on timelines.
From excavation to plumbing runs and steel framing—we manage every aspect of the build up to the equipment pad. Our experienced crews and trusted subcontractors ensure quality at every step.
We install mechanical equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, etc.), pour and finish the decking, and complete pool surfacing (liners or plaster). Please note: you’ll coordinate with your own licensed electrician and plumber to make final utility connections at the pump pad.
Once your pool is filled and ready, we’ll walk you through everything—how your equipment works, how to care for the pool, and any final punch list items. We want you to feel 100% confident and excited to dive in.
Even after the build, Bison stays with you. We offer service plans, liner replacements, seasonal opening/closings, and equipment upgrades to keep your pool in peak condition for years to come.
