At Bison Pool Service (“we,” “us,” “our”), customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for services or products purchased through www.bisonconllc.com.
1. Services
Refunds for services (pool opening/closing, weekly maintenance, etc.) are not issued once work has begun. If you are dissatisfied with service results, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work to resolve the issue.
2. Products
For product purchases (chemicals, accessories), unopened items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, less any shipping costs. Products must be in original condition and packaging.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@bisonconllc.com with your order number and reason for the request.
4. Refund Timing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
